Very glad to have such a great vet clinic so close to home. The staff are always kind and helpful. Single best veterinary clinic I have ever attended. Putting pets welfare first. Freya was well taken care of by the vets and nurses of the Wyndham Vet Clinic. The administration ladies are wonderful and supportive as well.
I have been a customer for 10 years and the practice has changed leaving me with no choice but to cease visits for my dog. As a pensioner any bills add strain to my limited income and where Market Road Vets understood and assisted the practice is now like everything a money grabbing business. My 2 year old needs to be calmed down to visit the groomer so I visited the practice in May with my dog and was prescribed tablets that made it easier for groomers. Today I called in to the vet and was told due to it being longer than 6 months I had to make an appointment again.
This is a cost of $80 plus the tablets then a further $85 for the grooming to keep him happy and healthy. On a fixed income any bills need to be budgeted and even $80 puts a huge strain on my ability to survive.
This is another sign the almighty dollar takes precedence over anything else.
We’ve been bringing our dog Alfie since he was 12 weeks old. Initially he had really bad vet anxiety and it was extremely hard for vets/nurses to handle him. The vets and nurses all took the time to help ease this and now he adores all of them and is 2 years old. They have always been great with fitting us in as soon as possible.
Been coming here over 15 years, always a good experience from reception to consultation. Our dogs have even had major surgery with no issues at all care for our girls is amazing.
Have been attending this practice since 2006, and have only ever had one bad experience which was rectified immediately.
All staff are wonderful,especially our vet Collette Berryman, could not praise her enough, her care and compassion is second to none.
Thankyou to all the staff for the continued care of my fur babies.
As there has been a pause since writing this our vet has moved on to greener pastures so to speak. Our very now is Dr.Brodie and she also is wonderful.
